Washington Connection Update 2 New Features for May 19, 2013 Release  Add State or Federal food benefit indicator to Client Benefit Account ( this will help identifying Basic Food & Employment Training (BFET) recipients )  Improved questions for collecting applicant’s income information  Allow Customer Support team to re-send user’s activation code if the user loses the code after receiving it from  Add dropdown auto-fill phone numbers to household questions on Page 2 in e-application and eligibility renewal  Add a pop-up reminder for user to create a SAW account  Add clarification to session time-out message

Washington Connection Update 3 New Features for August 18, 2013 Release  Allow Washington Connection SAW account users to delete unwanted incomplete applications from their accounts  Add mid-term certification review (MCR) form to the Client Benefit Account  Add the Telecommunication Equipment Distribution program information to “See If I Qualify” pre-screening  Add a link to online payment process for children’s Medicaid (CHIP)
