An assessment of the performance of the regional health research consortia within the context of the PNHRS: A preliminary report

Postscript Since the SOME initiated the conduct of regional assessments: Region 11 has taken the initiative to conduct strategic planning and is reorganizing its work to focus on the major health issues in the region.
