Response to Intervention OVMS, BHMS  RTI Model The Response to Intervention (RTI) Model at CRMS, BHMS, and OVMS is an educational framework designed to improve the achievement of selected students. RTI emphasizes the importance of quality teaching, early intervention, differentiation, and regular progress monitoring using data driven instruction.
