§ Physician assistant policy committee (A) There is hereby created the physician assistant policy committee of the state medical board. The president of the board shall appoint the members of the committee. The committee shall consist of the seven members specified in divisions (A)(1) to (3) of this section. When the committee is developing or revising policy and procedures for physician-delegated prescriptive authority for physician assistants, the committee shall include the two additional members specified in division (A)(4) of this section. Membership Three are physicians –One from the medical board –One will be an MD0 –One will be a DO –At least one physician will be supervising a PA Three will be PAs as recommended from a list provided by the OAPA One will be a “consumer” not affiliated with any health profession Two will be pharmacists*
