We pride ourselves in our ability to deliver unprecedented medical care in a friendly and professional environment with little to no wait times. Our licensed physicians thoroughly evaluate each and every patient with time and care. Our Brentwood and West Hollywood locations are conveniently open 7 days a week with extended office hours. We accept most PPO insurance plans and Medicare. We also provide affordable rates for those who are uninsured. For a list of insurances that we are in network with click here. Immigration Physical Exam Brentview Medical has been certified by the USCIS as a civil surgeon to perform medical examinations for immigration. Medical examinations are usually required to obtain a green card or to adjust immigrant status. In addition to English, our medical practitioners are fluent in Spanish, French, Russian, and Persian. We understand how important this exam is to our patients, and will provide professional and efficient service to ensure your exam is completed in a timely manner. When preparing for your medical exam, please gather all of your vaccination records (from childhood as well as any recent vaccines), recent PPD/TB testing, and bloodwork. If you don’t have your vaccine record, we are able to draw blood titers and determine your immunization status. All vaccinations can be administered at our office for your convenience. You may print out the I-693 form at the USCIS website and fill out part 1 prior to your appointment. We will gladly provide the I-693 form if you are unable to obtain it. After your immigration exam is completed and any vaccines are administered, we will provide you with a sealed envelope to submit to the United Stated Citizenship and Immigration Services. We will also provide a copy for your personal records. Please allow days from your first visit for all portions of the exam to be completed.
