There are two ways to access Portal  Option One: Direct access via a web browser  Option Two: Indirect access through the Fraternity website  The following slides will explain both Alpha Sigma Phi alphasigmaphi.org

Open a web browser  Internet Explorer  Microsoft Edge  Google Chrome  Mozilla Firefox  Safari In the address bar, type in:  Portal.alphasigmaphi.org Alpha Sigma Phi alphasigmaphi.org

Here is an example using Mozilla Firefox web browser. The process is identical for all web browsers. Simply type portal.alphasigmaphi.org in the address bar. Slide # 9 shows the login page for Portal. Alpha Sigma Phi alphasigmaphi.org

Open web browser  Internet Explorer  Microsoft Edge  Google Chrome  Mozilla Firefox In the address bar, type in:  Alphasigmaphi.org Alpha Sigma Phi alphasigmaphi.org

When you arrive at the Fraternity’s website, click on Portal in the upper right menu line. This will take you to a launch page for accomplishing many Fraternity related activities. Alpha Sigma Phi alphasigmaphi.org

On this page, scroll down to the lower part of the screen as shown on the next slide. Alpha Sigma Phi alphasigmaphi.org

Scroll down until you see the heading in the left column, Chapter Operations. (click for arrow). Clicking on any of the hyperlinks (click for arrow) below this heading will take you to the Portal login page as shown in the next slide. Alpha Sigma Phi alphasigmaphi.org

 If you have a Portal username and password, enter them (click for arrow) and click Login (click for arrow).  If you do not have a login, click the hyperlink in Portal: If you are an officer and don’t have an account, click here to get your account. (click for arrow) Follow the prompts and the succeeding screens to get your login credentials. An will be sent to the address currently on file with Fraternity Headquarters.
