Ireland Study Abroad Global Social Policy, Planning & Practices: Interdisciplinary Solutions to Homelessness in the United States and Ireland (MHS 4931 & MHS 6900) The following readings were chosen to give the reader a framework for understanding the similarities and differences on how the U.S. and Ireland approach “ending or eliminating” homelessness. They include policy level principles, strategic plans, leading models, target populations and actions at the local level.
