BCPP is about local communities and pharmacists working in partnership to identify and tackle local health needs using a community development approach, with a focus on addressing health inequalities. BCPP can offer support in developing your partnership, ideas and project. Level 1 This funding is for those interested in developing a local community-pharmacy partnership that will explore some locally identified issues with a group. Level 2 This funding is for those who have planned to work in partnership on a project that will address a range of issues. There will be clear aims and objectives and a plan of work that will respond to locally identified needs and the needs of the target group.

Site selection During the selection of a site for new pharmacy following factors should be considered: 1.A needy town or city should be selected. 2.Site of pharmacy in a particular city should be most suitable among those available. 3.Site of pharmacy should be convenient and accessible to the majority of consumers. For this purpose site location should be centre to population to be served. 4.Pharmacy site should be equipped with adequate free parking facility.
