 No felonies  No tattoos that are close to your hands or feet  Can’t/Haven’t used drugs  Weigh the right amount for your height

 Run 3 miles in under 30 minutes  Be able to do at least 3 pull ups - No time limit  55 crunches - 2 minute time limit

 Run 3 miles in under 35 minutes  A flex arm hang for 30 seconds (is where you hang from a bar with one arm)  55 crunches -time limit 2 minutes

 Must meet Basic Eligibility Enlistment Requirements  In other words you must be Medically Fit and cleared by doctors  If you have Medical issues, depending on what they are you, will need supporting documents

 Behavior in school today is important because once you get into the Marines they really crack down on you  If you misbehave then you will be punished by extra cleaning or physical punishment.  Behavior in school can lead to trouble with the Police and then you couldn’t get into the Marines

 Need to have a high school diploma  Or a GED with at least 15 college credits  Need to be a U.S citizen  Must be OK with police record checks (depending on what you have/had you may not qualify)  There is no such thing as a sealed record for the military, they have to know you really want to join  Must pass on the AVBP test
