Review the structure and the content of both websites and make proposals for improvements and further development. Review the roles of different users and work flows to manage the sites. International Atomic Energy Agency Joint Workshop on SharePoint for ANNuR and FNRBA (25-26 Feb 2013) Results & Achievements: The coordinators received hands-on training on how to use the collaborative features of the SharePoint based ANNuR and FNRBA websites. Requirements and improvements were identified during group work for further development and enhancement of the website. The Webinar video conferencing service presented in the meeting was regarded to be excellent and ready to be used. 6/12/2016ANNuR Meeting April5

International Atomic Energy Agency Joint Workshop on SharePoint for ANNuR and FNRBA (25-26 Feb 2013) Results & Achievements (Cond’): Rules and roles were reviewed. It was identified that there will be administrative and management IT issues related to the site management. The first one is suggested to reside within the Steering Committees for both ANNuR, and FNRBA and the IT ones should be controlled mainly by IAEA in collaboration with IT-personnel from each network. The role of the IT support persons and support groups of ANNuR and FNRBA should be formalized and specified in more details. 6/12/2016ANNuR Meeting April6
