September  September I started off working on the basics like how to use the tools.  I also worked on technique and detail because in cake decorating design and technique are very important.

September Cakes

October  In October I worked on more detail and technique because technique and detail take a lot of work.  Another thing my mentor and I worked on was making the cakes from scratch and the icing/frosting from scratch also.

October Cakes

November  In November I started to learn what the tools were and how to use them.  Also, in November my mentor and I worked on of course more detail and technique so that the cakes could look the best of their ability.  The last thing my mentor and I worked on was working with the fondant.
