DIGESTIVE SYSTEM It is a group of organs that work together to help us DIGEST FOOD. We take in FOOD through our MOUTH It passes down into our STOMACH and INTESTINES The intestines separate the NUTRIENTS from the WASTE and expel ther waste from our body. The nutrients are passed to the CIRCULATORY SYSTEM, where they move around the body. The stages of life BABIES: They need lots of attention from their parents. CHILDREN: From 18 months to 12 ADOLESCENTS: Their bodies change a lot ADULTS: Our bodies stop growing. ELDERLY PEOPLE: They have a lot of experience but sometimes they need help to do things.
