From little things, big things grow..... Refurb wasn’t really on the radar initially New staff member with enthusiasm and previous the Whale Centre Found some momentum, allowed a conservative budget of $10k in the 2013/14 budget Sourced commitment from Friends of the VH Library to match with another $10k Included Youth Area in initial scope hoping to secure some funds from a local service group, but not achieved unfortunately.
