FRAMEWORK OF STAKEHOLDER MOBILIZATION

CORE STAKEHOLDERS:  NGO SECTOR  SPORTS FRATERNITY  RELIGIOUS SECTOR  TRADITIONAL LEADERS SECTOR  BUSINESS SECTOR

OPERATIONAL PLAN STAKEHOLDERS FORUM:  A Stakeholders Forum will be established and will comprised of representatives of all sectors (NGO, Sports Religious, Traditional and Business);  It will be linked with the AIDS Councils and War Rooms at all levels (Local, District and Provincial);  The first route to be undertaken will be to schedule meetings with individual sectors where sector representative (s) will be identified and nominated.

OPERATIONAL PLAN (Cont)  The operation of the Stakeholders Forum will be activated during the launch of the Re-branded Flagship Programme which will take place at Laangspruit in Ward 13, UMgungundlovu District  The whole process will be linked with Local and District AIDS Councils and War Rooms;  The Stakeholders Forum will be utilized as a tool for stakeholder engagement and community mobilization;  Youth Ambassadors and Chaplains will be instrumental in the process of stakeholder engagement and community mobilization.
