INTRODUCTION Dandekar Hospital is located in central place in Dombivli and Panvel and is easily accessible by roadways and railway. Each is occupying an area of 4000 sq. ft and has standard features like operation theatre, lithotripsy room, Dialysis Department, Consulting Rooms and inpatient rooms. It is well equipped with state of the art instruments including ESWL machine, ‘C’ arm, various types of lasers, endoscopic instruments and open surgery facilities for urological procedures, 8 dialysis machines for haemodialysis and all the required equipment for emergency management of patients like ventilators, portable ventilators central oxygenation, suction, boyles apparatus, defibrillator, pulseoxymeter etc. All these facilities are handled by able doctors and staff. Dr. NITEEN DANDEKAR - CEO He passed his M.B.B.S. and M.S (General Surgery) from Seth Medical College and KEM hospital, Parel Mumbai in 1987 and 1991 respectively. Being a brilliant student since beginning he passed his M.Ch. entrance with high ranks in 1992 and selected urology as his branch of choice and Sion General Hospital as Choice of Institute from where he passed his super speciality degree, namely M.Ch in He worked in Tata Memorial Hospital for one year as post super specialization research students and earned the experience in the field of urogenital malignancies. He started his clinical practice in 1996 with a small clinic and operated in the other hospital as freelancing urologist till the year When he started his own hospital where he is practicing till date. He never lagged behind in keeping pace with newer advances in his field. While gathering experience in standard surgical techniques, he adopted newer and newer technologies in his practices starting from ESWL( a newer concept of treating renal stones at that time) PCNL,TUNA, Laproscopies and today with latest technology of Holmium and Thulium laser.
