Update on Local Development Operational Plans (LDOPs)

The goal 26 municipalities have in place an operational development plan defining the short term priorities and concrete project fiches ready to be finance. Why 26 ?

Geographical clustering 7 clusters x 7 companies x 1 unified structure grouped in clusters according to their geographical characteristics and similar development typologies MSLI developed unified structure of the document

The process up to date Meetings with municipal staff and Commitment letters by the Mayors; All companies have finished the collection and data analyzing process; The first drafts of municipal profiling has been finished; Ongoing projects prioritization process and drafting the project fiches By December the first draft will be in place.
