(SASW) – Knowledge and excellent attainment standards apprenticeship frameworks – Management. – Operate Industry Standard Equipment and Practices (SQCDP) Constantly changing regulations, new technology, equipment development and human resources influence future education and training needs. Range of in-house specialist programmes. – keeping employees up to current industry standards; – investing in training to maintain competitiveness; – recognising and accrediting skills gained; – encouraging employees to update and/or improve skills and knowledge, progress and indeed take Credit with them when they move on (internally and externally).
