DSRS Provides remote users with the ability to playback (or receive a file containing) their science and engineering data originally distributed by PDSS and logged to Data Storage Manager (DSM). Currently this only extends to data not processed by EHS, but efforts are underway (9A?) to allow GSE packets (with H&S) to be distributed in this manner also. PIMS OCR 1.Follow-up OCRs may have a “Final Approve” action without going through a review. 2.A CC list may be created for an OCR review. 3.Reviewers may be added or deleted at any time by the lead approver during the review state. Any reviewer with the PIMS Subordinate Capability may assign subordinate reviewers. The lead approver may expedite the review at any time during the review. 4.Actionees may be added or deleted at any time by the lead approver during the final approval state. Any actionee with the PIMS Subordinate Capability may assign subordinate actionees. The lead approver may expedite final approval at any time during final approval. 5.A user defined with the PIMS Archive Capability may archive an OCR in a few simple steps. The OCR data and any attachments will be automatically stored in a zip file. To Do List: 1.Auto screen refresh is available on the To Do List screen. It is not available on any Complete Task screen.
User requested items: 1.Improved OCR Main Window Search Filter tab - by priority, effectivity, type, CM state, and/or originator Find tab - OCR number, title, description, reviewer, actionee, CM state, before date, and/or after date 2.OCR task notes are readily available when the OCR is saved. 3.“All” and other CM states are listed in the OCR Main Window Filter tab. 4.OCR data has cut, copy, and paste capabilities. 5.Screens have industry standards incorporated such as tool bars, action icons, and tool tips. 6.The number of clicks for all processing has been reduced. 7.CM Log entries are sequential according to their placement in the workflow. 8.The “Orphan OCR” problem is gone. 9.View windows no longer go into the background. 10.File screens have simplified PC desktop access and improved FTP features. 11.OCR task descriptions have fewer words and allow special characters. 12.There are visual indicators for drop box directory access without clicking PIMS
