COMBINING AND PRESENTING INFORMATION USING POWERPOINT 2010

Lesson Aims and Objectives  plan and carry out the production of a screen-based publication; You will learn how to:  plan a publication;  create page and screen appropriate layouts;  select and combine different types of information;  check and amend your publication.

Have you included all the required content? Is it appropriate for the audience? Position key information prominently and make it stand out from everything else. Is the meaning clear? Is the text clear and easy to read? Don’t use too many colours – it can be difficult to read. Make sure that images are appropriate for the topic and send out the right message
