How we communicate what we do Paths for All is the champion of everyday walking in Scotland. Our remit is to significantly increase the number of people who choose to walk in Scotland - whether that's leisure walking or active-choice walking to work, school or shops.

How we communicate what we do We want to create a happier, healthier Scotland, where increased physical activity improves quality of life and wellbeing for all. We work to create more opportunities and better environments not just for walking, but also for cycling and other activities, to help make Scotland a more active, more prosperous, greener country.

Our Walking Messages Everyday walking is the way to a happier, healthier life for you. Regular, local walking, either for leisure or as part of our daily routine, is something we can all do regardless of age, ability or address. It's easy, free and delivers head-to-toe benefits – improving both mental wellbeing and physical health.

Our Walking Messages Everyday walking keeps you happy and fit! And the really good news is we will help you. We provide support for thousands of local walking champions, and we are working to improve the national network of shared-use paths to help you get walking, keep walking and enjoy walking.

Everyone Everyone in Scotland can benefit from walking more.

Everyday Walking is something you can easily do everyday.

Everywhere Scotland is an amazing place to walk, wherever you are.
