Leicestershire Youth Service Adam McGlone Youth Development Worker

Leicestershire Youth Service is managed centrally through area teams and delivered locally by youth work practitioners based across the county. The service provides a range of opportunities that benefit young people in Leicestershire: –Access to a flexible, motivated team of youth workers. –A service response to local need. –Support for young people as they develop into young adults. –The chance for young people to have a say. –A range of personal and social development opportunities that are fun, creative and challenging. –Targeted support for the most disadvantaged young people. –Co-ordinated support from the voluntary sector. The Leicestershire Youth Service works closely with a range of key partners including young people, the voluntary sector, schools and community colleges, the Connexions Service, District and Parish Councils.
