Lessons Learned – It takes time to build. – Establish clear roles and responsibilities for all. – Faculty Coordinators should not teach during the fall semester. – Engage parents and families in the process. – Some communities won’t make – and that’s okay. – Marketing, marketing, and marketing! – Inter-LLC programming efforts are key!
