BUYER-BROKER AGREEMENT DIALOGUE

( Come up with 5 "what’s in it for the buyer" benefits. ) “Mr. Buyer. Here are the benefits of working with me 1-5.If we choose to work together I am going to give you 110% effort and feel confident I'll find you the right home. I need to know from you that we are going to work together closely to get you the right home. You want to buy the right home don’t you? All we need to do now is to get this Buyer Broker Agreement taken care of so we can get you the home you want in the time you want. Wont that be great?! When you sell a home, we use a listing agreement which you employ me to work for you to sell your home. When you buy a home, the employment agreement is a Buyer Broker Agreement. This one says that we are going to work together for no longer than 90 days to help you find a home. In most cases the seller is paying my commission so you get me, my knowledge, great service and the seller is actually paying for everything. This agreement says if you see any home you are interested in, you will call me first.. so I can inquire about the details and set up a showing. If you happen to stop by an open house, give the agents my cards and let them know you already have a BBA with me.
