What specifically can it do?  Business & Marketing Plans — fast and easy formatted reports available in seconds!  Determining where you should locate your business.  Understanding your customers better — How much do they earn? How much do they spend?  Analyzing new markets…should you expand to other areas?  Targeting direct mail and advertising programs — to the customers most likely to buy your product/service.  Identifying where your competitors are located.  Great for territory sales planning!  Lifestyle customer segmentation categorization used by the professionals.

3 Easy Steps Identify a single (or multiple) location. Choose the report format (summary, comparison, or ranking) and the specific report type. View the report on screen, save a PDF copy or it for later use! Or simply choose a pre-packaged ‘bundle’ with the most commonly used reports! 1 2 3

Identify a single (or multiple) location Census Tracts - A small, permanent subdivision of a county with homogeneous population characteristics, status and living conditions. Block Groups - Subdivisions of Census Tracts, each generally contain between 600 and 3000 people, with an optimum size of 1,500 people. DMAs - Designated Market Areas, the formal term for what is more commonly known as a TV or broadcast market. Definitions for DMA's are supplied by Nielsen Media Research that generates ratings for broadcast programming. CBSAs (Core-Based Statistical Areas) - Metropolitan (core population of at least 50,000) or Micropolitan (core population between 10,000 and 50,000). this allows common statistics to be collected for less urban areas of the nation. These two county-based CBSA definitions will cover approximately 90% of the U.S. population. 1
