Regional Product Development Paddling is an opportunity to work with Simcoe to further develop a regional paddling product – as part of recommendations in RTO7 Waterways Product Assessment: “Action 1: County Tourism Organizations should work together with the RTO, Conservation Authorities and land managers to upgrade access points where necessary.” Identify costs for enhanced signage, kiosks at access points in 2012, to be covered through respective county budgets. Engage Simcoe County to look at building a regional product through joining up paddling clusters. Trails & Local Food are other areas for regional product development.
