7 GCF Core Services Unbundling What does unbundling mean? –The single core services charge will be replaced by a number of core components, individually charged. How will the unbundling be applied in contract? –Customers can replace the single core services charge with the unbundled components using the change control procedure in the Call Off Contract –Customers that don’t apply the change will continue to pay the ‘bundled’ core component charge

8 Key Benefits of Unbundling Transparency –Understanding what we consume and how much it costs Only pay for what we use –Terminate those services not used or not cost effective Openly compete our requirement –To ensure services are best value Reduce the risks of transition away from GCF –No big bang!
