Using the Outcomes Framework Findings of Education Select Committee 2010 Need to demonstrate the difference that services for young people make Need to articulate the value that services for young people produce for young people and for society more broadly The Outcomes Framework is designed to support understanding and measurement of the connections between intrinsic personal and social development outcomes and longer-term extrinsic outcomes A model of seven interlinked clusters of social and emotional capabilities Supported by a strong evidence base demonstrating the links to longer-term outcomes A matrix of available tools to measure these capabilities
