Anyone any age – can offer a career progression route Support staff in agenda for change bands 1 -4 Current and new staff – must be employed Best suited to : People who prefer to learn ‘on the job’ and by ‘doing’ rather than by an academic route ( eg diplomas, ‘A’ levels) People who have enthusiasm, drive and motivation NB Some eligibility criteria for LSC Funding & main target
