Contrast  Contrast means difference. It is what we notice and what gives our design energy. You can create contrast through manipulation of space, color choices, text selection and position of elements. photography2.htm Index

Repetition  Repetition means to use the same or similar elements throughout your design. It is repeating elements more than once. Repetition is viewed as being part of a larger whole. Index

Alignment  Alignment refers to having a visually connected, organized slide design. A visual connection is made, rather than placing items randomly. Index

Proximity Proximity is about moving things closer or farther apart to achieve a more organized look. Related items should be linked together so they represent a group, rather than unlinked elements. Index

Font Styles  Serif font styles are used to increase contrast and spacing between different letters. It represents a horizontal flow.  San Serif font styles are typically used for emphasis. It is used for smaller sizes. These fonts are more clear to the readers eye. Index
