© Tyler Technologies Purpose - Initiating Cases The purpose of this training session is to is to introduce the class to the process in which cases and citations are entered into INCODE’s Court Management Software (INCODE) and to generate complaints for the citations entered.
© Tyler Technologies Objectives As a result of this training session, one should be able to: Manually enter a case through the INCODE software; Validate data entered through case entry processes; Generate Complaints Print miscellaneous forms and letters after data entry; Correct data entry errors.
