Electronics are not allowed out at anytime throughout the day, however, if your child uses an electronic reader they only need to ask and we will review rules with them. U. S. History Geography Economics Core Values and Principals of Democracy and Civics (Core Democratic Values)

Text book: History Alive - America's Past program. We will focus on the history of the United States, as well as looking at geography, economics and civics. History includes Native Americans, European Exploration, Colonial America, Slavery, and the Revolutionary War.

We will also study the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, and the branches of government (and powers). Economic concepts include scarcity, consumption, production, opportunity cost, and interdependence. In social studies, we work out of our notebooks daily. They are vital to your child's success. We cut, glue, write, diagram, in our notebooks.
