Definitions Domestic Violence - threatening behaviour, violence or abuse (psychological, physical, sexual, financial or emotional) between adults Substance Misuse - use of substances (such as illegal drugs, prescription medicines or alcohol) in such a way that results in harm to the individual user or the wider community.
