Conscription Sources of law Constitutional Act No. 110/1998 Coll., The security of the Czech Republic (§ 4), the armed forces are supplemented on the basis of conscription, the details provided by law. Conscription The obligation a citizen of the Czech Republic to fulfill the tasks of the Armed forces of the CR.
