To know the school governance structures in order to situate correctly the position of school leaders whom inspectors evaluate. To identify common roles, position... whatever that could be strength when we face the guide on school leaders' evaluation, as well as identify differences that could become obstacles to reach a useful tool.

Each partner should write at least two aspects after listening all the explanations. Four partners will focus on this subject. One of them will act as secretary.
