2a. EMEP SB & Extended Bureau Meetings Science Adjustments, & associated guidance Agreed an approach for reviewing previously accepted adjustments each year. Finland disagreed with the Adjustment review findings. Updated Guidebook Chapters TFEIP will review the updated chapters, and make recommendations for endorsement to the EMEP SB. Definition of PM - in/exclusion of condensables. The Guidebook content has been reviewed, and 2016 workshop jointly with TFMM.

2b. EMEP SB & Extended Bureau Meetings Assessment of emissions inventory review TFEIP tasked with bringing back recommendations for improvement to the existing technical review process Methods & Procedures Document for “Stage 1-3” Reviews. Funding Funding EMEP Centres & Task Forces CLRTAP Secretariat very concerned – asked Parties supporting TFs/Centres to attend a meeting in April. Funding Emissions Inventory Improvements There is now an EMEP budget line for emissions inventory improvement activities (CEIP). :o)

2c. EMEP SB & Extended Bureau Meetings Paperwork Centre and Task Force Mandates TFs/Centres asked to update outdated mandates. Update of the EMEP Workplan Party Support CLRTAP Outreach Activities TFEIP will try to be more engaged with this. E-PRTR workshop in Autumn Driving Improvements TFEIP to target support on improving completeness (and transparency) in the short-term.
