Under-researched and undervalued  Penny Noel (2006)  Boyd, Harris and Murray (2007, 2010)  Harkin, Cuff and Rees (2008) – never published  Crawley (2013)  ETF (2014)  Eliahoo (2016) – today!! Some more widely known (Avis, Bathmaker, Lucas, Orr, O’Leary etc. Pubs often not about TEd or TEds)
