PRODUCT AND SERVICE  ‘Merica Housing  Veteran Service Package

‘MERICA HOUSING (B2B/B2C)  High Quality Housing at low prices  Price around $250/$300/$350 per apartment room/month  Contract with Local VA Medical Centers to allocate a convenient location for any remedial treatments or activities.  Contract Student based organizations to utilize company space on site.  Schedule events to bring everyone together to build a healthier environment and to get people more aware and involved in the community.  Party supply store and convenience store available with party supplies, food and drinks. (utilizes 3-D printing for mass customization)

VETERAN SERVICE PACKAGE (B2B)  Offer Veterans professional advice about medical care through the Veterans Administration.  The Access, Choice, and Accountability Act of 2014  Offer Veterans professional advice about any in-state and national education benefits they may be eligible for.  Montgomery G.I. Bill, Post 9/11 G.I. Bill, Buy-up Program, Vocational Rehabilitation, National Guard, Active Duty, and Reserve Tuition Assistance.  Help schedule meetings with the veterans administration for veterans to receive medical evaluations or treatment  Offer after-hour phone support for veterans registered in the system as a current student.  Price -$50 per veteran under college contract

MARKETING/SALES STRATEGY  Differentiated Marketing strategy for the different target markets that will care the most about this differentiated service.  Low priced rent and fee’s for high quality housing and student/veteran services  Extremely customer friendly, extremely patriotic and supportive of veterans and students organizations  Cell Phone Application, extremely user friendly  identifying rent issues, verifying and paying for rent  Simple sales strategy  monthly rent and annual contracts

IMPLEMENTING, REVENUE MODEL  Implementing, Start up costs – start small, grow as necessary  ‘Merica Housing  units, 1 or 2 million dollar loan.  Veteran Service Package  Bootstrapped at very low costs  Continuous revenue stream  Yearly renewal of lease contracts  Yearly VA service contracts  Yearly Campus service contracts  Single sale revenue stream  Event based contracts from local populous/businesses  Party supply and convenience store in main building  Future services created and offered by business based on a high need.
