If the Moodle Mobile additional features plugin is being used, the settings can be found in: Site administration > Plugins > Local plugins > Moodle Mobile additional features.

The full package will be downloaded in the user’s device because it has to be uncompressed (unzipped) and to make it available offline. ●Device storage sometimes is limited, so avoid large SCORM packages!
