About the Visa J-1 : Candidate eligibility

- Home base office not allowed - Direct supervision, ratio employees/intern - Salary ( no min or max) - Visa can be paid by candidate or employer - Up to 12 months renewable ( Interns) or 18 months not renewable ( Trainees) - One time Visit conducted - Workers compensation needed - Duration, 2 weeks time once every doc completed, + 1 week when 1 st time What to know about the J-1:
