What is a Challenge? A challenge is defined as being an activity that the young person intends to do, and which is either new to that young person or that builds upon their previous achievements.

What is a Target? Targets are what the young person plans to achieve when/by doing their challenge. The targets, therefore, might each be a sequential step in the process needed to complete a challenge, or they might identify particular individual goals that the young person wants to achieve.
