Certificate III in Fitness Assessment information – individual
Fitness Facilities Gym & Aerobics room entry requires you to: Bring & use a TOWEL (to wipe off your sweat) Wear appropriate leather-covered rubber-soled SHOES (to protect your feet & self) Have completed a medical screen & other relevant paperwork Wear appropriate clothing NOTE: At anytime and in any class you may need to use the gym…so EVERYDAY ensure you have these things NO TOWEL, SHOES or SCREEN = NO ENTRY!!!
Fitness Facilities = TRAINING & LEARNING THEREFORE: Follow the RULES: TOWEL, SHOES, SCREEN NO WORKOUT NO ENTRY – No spectators allowed inside NO FOOD & DRINK except closed water bottles Appropriate clothing– NO JEANS Respect staff & other patrons THE GOLDEN RULE – treat others as you wish to be treated E.g. Return equipment, respect supervisors, leave it better than you found it
