Directions to the Hotels in Tullahoma, TN from Nashville The most straight forward, least confusing route is to travel the interstate I-24 to Manchester TN (toward Chattanooga): Don’t take Exit 81A onto TN 10 S/US 231 toward Shelbyville Don’t take Exit 105 US 41 through Normandy Do take Exit 111 to TN Highway 55 toward Tullahoma as described below Preferred directions:  At the Nashville Airport, ask for directions to I-24 East (toward Chattanooga)  Proceed East on I-24 toward Chattanooga traveling about miles to the Manchester exits. (Refer to Cartoon Map on Slide 2)  You will pass Manchester Exits 105 and 110; take Manchester Exit 111 noting that the ramp loops around to TN Highway 55 (4-lane).  Turn left onto TN Highway 55 heading mostly south about 12 miles to Tullahoma. You will pass through ~3 stop lights in the Manchester area, have a long country drive before coming to Tullahoma. Entering Tullahoma you will pass through one stop light, cross the via duct (bridge over the train tracks) and immediately come to the second stop light which is on S. Jackson Street. Remember the via duct as a marker for traveling to UTSI.  Turn right onto S. Jackson Street (4-lane). This is the main drag through Tullahoma.  Continue 2.5 miles to the Hampton Inn  Continue 2.9 miles to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites (hidden behind Electronic Express) Interestingly, when you turn right onto S. Jackson Street: You are still on TN Highway 55 for several blocks You are on TN Hwy 41A And S. Jackson Street changes to N. Jackson Street, after several blocks Since Manchester is the county seat, there is no court house square in Tullahoma serving as a central town marker  There are also hotels in Manchester, some depicted on Chart 2, with about the same travel distance to UTSI. 1

Directions to UTSI from the Hotels in Tullahoma Refer to the cartoon map on Slide 2:  Head south-east on N. Jackson Avenue (Hwy 41A) which becomes S. Jackson Street  Proceed 2.5 miles from the Hampton or 2.9 miles from the Holiday Inn Express & suites to Carroll Street (major intersection) (Carroll Street is TN Highway 55; there are 2 left-turn lanes and you can see the via duct up and to the left)  Turn left, cross the via duct, proceed to the first stop light (0.4 miles) and turn right onto S. Anderson Street. (S. Anderson is also called the AEDC Access Road, Arnold Center Road, for a short distance Forest Blvd., and Wattendorf Memorial Highway)  Continue ~6.3 miles to the UTSI Road. (Refer to the cartoon map on Slide 4.)  Turn right onto UTSI Road and continue 2.2 miles. After stopping, proceed straight through the 4-way stop and come to the University. The map shows parking lots down to the left and to the right, behind the building.
