Efficiency and Cost Effectiveness In 2012 – 2013 our staff has been able to combine routes, and improve routing efficiency to accomplish the following: ▫Eliminate 1 Regular Education Route ▫Eliminate 1 Special Needs Bus Route ▫Relocate Several Drivers to Decrease Travel Distance ▫Remove 4 Special Needs Buses from Routes ▫Diesel Fuel Savings of 2,000 gallons in September

Compartmentalization This is unsafe. All students need to remain in the seat compartment. This is proper compartmentalization.
