Innovation Celebrations  Use Weekly Goals sheets.  Pass out the “Invention Idea Survey” to at least 20 people of varying ages and analyze the data from these results to help you develop ideas for inventions.  Complete the “Innovator’s Journal” pages.  Complete either Attachment #7 or Attachment #8 about your invention/innovation.  Present an advertisement for your invention/innovation to the class.  Design a prototype of your invention/innovation out of materials we have in our classroom or materials you choose to bring from home. (These may not be the actual materials it would be made of, but you can explain that in your presentation.)  Create a display board to showcase your research, your invention/innovation proposal, advertisement, logos, and anything else you created or used throughout your independent project. Everything should be typed and displayed neatly on the board. See Mrs. McGary before gluing anything down.
