FINDINGS ( OBSERVATION) Arrangement of the company –Suitable and comfortable environment -Two floors - The office building is besides the factory for production Arrangement Of Facilities In The Company – Toilets, Prayer Room, Fax And Photostat Machine Safety and clean office -When get verification from receptionist, security guard gave the visitors card to enter the office -Clean the building twice a day Dress formally and ethically -Look smart and neat -Important to maintain the image and standard of the company.

FINDINGS ( INTERVIEWS) JOB OF PURCHASING EXECUTIVE Maintain the profit – by reducing price in order to attract customer to by their product Working experience for 2 years Applicant must convince the company and can contribute well in development of the company Education background – either in local or overseas graduate (Most employees are from local universities) -Provide job training program to new employee - Have two purchasing executive(different tasks and role) Use External auditor- audited once a year

FINDINGS ( INTERVIEWS) JOB OF ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE Working Time & Attire - Weekdays (9.30a.m – 6,30 p.m.) and until p.m. on Saturday -formal dress (weekdays), casual (Saturday) - Handle full set of accounts - Different job between financial executive and account executive Role- to maintain the profit by cut the cost of production in maintaining the overhead cost - Use MFRS = IFRS As The Standards -MYOB Accounting Software For Reporting The Account Need to attend at least one course a year for keep updating with those standards and software - Be prepared with the hectic and challenging life out there. - Need to have good personality and high commitment in jobs

CONCLUSION CLEAR JOB SPECIFICATION – DELEGATE JOB PROVIDE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT CONCERN ABOUT THE DRESS ETHICS GOOD COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE EMPLOYEES

INTERNATIONAL CHALLENGES Reporting financial statements Accounting records may be kept outside Malaysia but statements and records must be kept at a place in Malaysia Required to lodge with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) within two months of its annual general meeting Need to follow the regulation needed by Malaysian accounting system and requirement.

PROMOTION The only branches they have in Malaysia are located around Damansara. People outside that area do not know much about this café especially from other states This company has just operated in Malaysia for four years

RECOMMENDATION INTERNATIONAL CHALLENGES Do some research and understand the accounting system and requirement use by Malaysian Need to know their competitors so that they can plan strategy to compete with them PROMOTIONS Promote their products through media and social networks Create blogs, web page, Facebook page, hash tag and others. Open their branches in big city such as Bukit Bintang, Bangsar, and Cheras Expand their branches in other states which always visited by foreigners like Malacca and Langkawi Hire more workers to work in their company
