Agenda What is HEOA Section 133? The Solution Questions/Feedback

What is HEOA Section 133? Requires institutions to display key information about course materials when students access course section information on the internet. Intent is for students to be able to understand the cost of their education including required source materials (i.e. books.)

Compliance The official required date for compliance is July 1, The regulations have not specified any details regarding noncompliance. Audits will not begin for at least two years, most likely three.
