ACTION PLAN Free Wi-Fi in Streets & Cafes Free WI-FI isn’t reliable. We Want to change that Our aim is to deliver fast, reliable, sustainable, free Wi-Fi in order to improve communication in Melbourne. Place stickers near the hotspot locations

BENEFITS Public Wi-Fi provides support for businesses, assist our education and further strengthen Victoria as Australia’s leading Technology state. It will also make the city more liveable as there will be more opportunities and encouragement to interact with each other. Charging points will make life easier

CHARGING POINTS Putting power plugs around the city in popular areas Cost: $1 for 25 minutes and free Wi-Fi Provide chargers for Android, iPhone Provide spare spots for other phones (B.Y.O charger) The charging points will also provide free Wi-Fi We will also provide plugs for international charger because places like England have different plug holes

CHARGING POINTS LOCATIONS · We plan on putting the charging/hotspots on the major train/stations and trams Currently there are: · 1763 trams stops through the network. · 31,500 trams services are scheduled weekly · There are 24 tram routes in operation.
