Water Bottles ESSENTIAL Minimum 1L Take 2 bottles Wide neck as its easy to clean Robust

Sleeping Bag/Sleeping Bag Liner Doesn’t need to be expensive Lightweight – 1-2 season Squishable

First Aid Kit Make sure you follow the kit list Keep your items in a waterproof bag Take a range of plasters

Your Main Bag Your Main bag should be a 60-80L Rucksack/Holdall It will also be your Hold Bag on the plane

Your Day Bag Your Day Bag needs to be a 25-35L Rucksack It will be your Hand luggage on the plane You will use this bag daily

Packing Make sure you pack your bag yourself Take either Dry Bags or bin bags to keep you kit dry Make sure you main/hold bag doesn’t exceed 20kg Make sure you follow airport restrictions and pack liquids and sharp objects into you main/hold bag

Behaviour Our expeditions are designed to give you the freedom to develop We want to create an environment that is respectful and enjoyable for all We ask all students, teachers and leaders to sign a code of conduct which set outs the expected behaviour Code of Conduct can be found on the Traveller Gateway If you break the code of conduct you could be sent home from the expedition at your parents expense
