Liquid Cationic Coagulant DESCRIPTION BHAVIFLOCK 5070ST is a Medium to High molar mass, High charge density Cationic Liquid Polymer that perform effectively over a broad pH range in the following paper making applications: Improved drainage in paper and paper board application. Retention of fibres, fines, fillers and clay. Better fines distribution that will contribute to higher opacity. Improved retention of dyes, pigments and strength resins. Enhanced retention of rosin and synthetic size both acid and alkaline Active ingredients in Maxfloc 5020 are approved by US-FDA for its use asfixative in the manufacture of paper and paper board that contact food Formerly Bhavi International Ltd.

FEATURES Effective cationic source that helps promote retention of fillers and fines. Effective anionic trash control. Reduce impact of process contaminants. Easy to feed liquid product. Compatible with other commonly used papermaking additives. Enhance additive efficiency. Effective in acidic, neutral and alkaline systems.

APPLICATION AND DOSAGE BHAVIFLOCK 5070ST can be dosed directly or in line water dilution in hydropulper, machine chest, broke chest or any other suitable point for optimum performance. Dosages range from 250 gms to 2 kgs/tonne depending upon the cationic demand of the system. BHAVIFLOCK 5070ST used in conjunction with high molecular weight polymers, gives maximum performance in the paper machine when fed prior to the high molecular weight product in the screen area. BHAVIFLOCK 5070ST can be fed directly using a metering pump but In line dilution is recommended to ensure uniform distribution in the paper stock.

PACKING BHAVIFLOCK 5070ST is available in 35 kgs HDPE carboy & 200 kgs HDPE drum. Use of personal safety precautions like gloves, apron and safety goggles are recommended. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. In case of contact flush with water. Harmful if swallowed. PRECAUTIONS
