Teen Pregnancy Statistics Teen pregnancy rates have fallen in the past decade, but there are still about 850, 000 teens each year becoming pregnant A teen girl who is sexually active and not using birth control has a 90% chance of becoming pregnant. 85% of all teen pregnancy are not planned, 15% are planned! News Flash…You can get pregnant the first time you have sex, the sperm won’t know it’s you first time!

The Early Signs of pregnancy can include: Missed Periods Breast Enlargement “Morning” Sickness Fatigue Mood Swings Some females have all of the above and some have none of the above.
